You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
-Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
-It must also be in the original packaging.
-Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To start a return, contact our support team at neckstrech@gmail.com. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
-Shipping costs are non-refundable.
-If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
